ENTROTERRA
Privacy notice
Last updated August 20, 2026
This notice explains how ENTROTERRA uses information submitted through its website for accommodation and local-service inquiries.
Information we collect
Depending on the request, we may collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, trip dates, group size, where you are staying, service preferences, message details, referral page and advertising attribution data.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and coordinate the requested help.
- To confirm details with you and, when you expressly agree, share the information needed with a suitable independent provider.
- To measure which pages and campaigns generate useful requests.
- To prevent abuse and maintain the security of the website.
Independent providers
A provider receiving a referral is responsible for its own services and handling of information after the introduction. ENTROTERRA asks providers to use referred information only for the requested service and not for unrelated marketing.
Retention and choices
We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, referral accounting, safety, dispute handling and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information, or withdraw permission for future contact, by emailing [email protected].
Analytics
The site uses first-party event tracking and Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Advertising parameters may be stored with a submitted inquiry so ENTROTERRA can measure campaign performance.
Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or to Mary through the contact options on this site.
This operational notice should be reviewed by Costa Rican counsel before the referral program is launched publicly.
