"Very nice new house in small gated community, beautiful quiet setting. House comes with access to the beach club, which was very nice with a great restaurant and bar area, outstanding pool, gym, and awesome beach. You can rent surf boards and other beach equipment. If you don't have a car, the golf cart rental will suffice to get you from the house to the beach club, golf club and Marriott hotel. Car is probably better if you want to go to Tamarindo, market, restaurants and explore the area. I'd definitely go back, very relaxing setting."

"Mary and her husband were probably the best Airbnb hosts my husband and I have ever experienced, and we’ve traveled and used Airbnb a decent amount. Mary was super responsive. The property itself was immaculate. She made the entire experience a breeze. Mary personally welcomed our family upon arrival, and she even brought Costa Rican ice cream for our kids to have. Without a doubt we will be back!"
